The program is a 5-week interactive, powerful journaling challenge.
Each week will provide a theme to explore.
There are journaling prompts each week to dig deeper into the theme,
"Pick Your Own Path" adventures to go on during the week, and further
"Heart-work" questions to reveal anything else that may be hiding beneath the surface ready to be revealed.
There will also be support calls through Zoom each week for check-ins.
This will be a time to share what we've discovered, ask questions, or get advice from other participants on anything that's on your heart.
This community piece is a powerful one -- we are all puzzle pieces to each other's possibility, and the intimacy of sharing our hearts with each other is healing and inspiring.

I was such a train wreck, I couldn’t see how there was a life for me and had clung on with such deeply dysfunctional programmes of self management that I didn’t know where to begin though I have worked for and with so many for so long, they were all at the very bottom of the pile and so I had something to offer and The Superconscious and those in astral form don’t really mind as long as you can pass the thing they want passing …..I mostly don’t say anything anymore if it is not in agreement with the lead dude ….
I spent a long in either whistleblower or invisible witness with an underlying belief I would be rejected … you turned this around in your chat dialogues never mind the recode …which was also massive …lI love the way you make a warm approval even when you might step towards a redirect and offer everyone celebration of who they are. KW
