Terms of Use

This is the agreement between Inner Strength (Aust) Pty Ltd (Conscious Creators Academy)  - and you the client.

A client needs to sign to verify agreement with what is agreed to be provided to them according to the services provided by Inner Strength (Aust) Pty Ltd as well as what you agree to do as a client.

Inner Strength(Aust) Pty Ltd agrees to provide Superconscious/Transcendent Coaching/Mentoring  includes but is not limited to; Coaching, Aboukra Egyptian Healer/Coach, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN),Nutrition Medicine, NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, Qi Energy, Quantum Energetics, Q Harmonix plus other services within the scope of the qualifications and training of staff, as required, and agrees to be your Superconscious/Transcendent Coach/Mentor to keep you accountable and on track to reach your True Choice/End Result. 

This can be a combination of services or a single service – such as Coaching Program. The Coaching relationship is a partnership between two or more individuals or entities. The relationship is not a legal partnership, instead more like a facilitation/trainer or coach - athlete relationship. Each party must uphold its obligations for the coaching relationship to be successful.

The use of frequency medicine is an emerging field and research is showing the use of the Quantum Field and quantum entanglement is a promising field of research enabling people to have sessions in their own home and at times to suit them. The introduction of personalised frequencies as well as known frequencies to improve health and vitality are used in this program to assist and support the client in their personal growth.

The elements of a complete Client Agreement will include but are not limited to:

• Terms of Service
• Our pledge as a coach
• Payment agreement (including cancellation policy details)
• Schedule of sessions/Missed appointment policy
• How sessions will be conducted
• Termination policy
• Confidentiality

Introduction

It is common practice for health practitioners, such as nutrition medicine practitioners, naturopaths, nutritionists, nurses and other non-licensed practitioners to collect your signature on a form such as this. As both a qualified Health Practitioner and Coach I am required to advise you and collect your signature on a form such as this. By doing so you acknowledge and accept that we:

Are not medically qualified

• • Are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor
  • Are not medically qualified
  • Recommend that you consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise regime or taking any dietary supplements
  • Do not warrant the accuracy of any information provided
  • Are not liable for any losses you may suffer by relying on our advice
  • Do not recommend any particular product
  • Are not a covered entity or a business associate of a covered entity under Medicare or any Private Health Insurance Agency

  By your signature below, and/or by instructing us to provide advice and services to you, you indicate your agreement with these terms.

   As far as the use of Qi Energy,  Quantum Energetics, Q Harmonix are concerned we remotely send signals to a registered phone number and street address or we send specific frequencies to you via email based on your resonant frequency to harmonise and stabilise your energy field. We utilise the services of a third party site QiEnergy.ai and we have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

  The cost of utilising the frequencies is included in the 12 week program and these can be continued or discontinued post the 12 week program. All subscribers reserve the unilateral right to discontinue their monthly subscription at any time at their discretion for the use of the frequencies delivered to your home/phone. The subscriber has full control over their participation in any Qi Energy Quantum Energetic session. 

  Intellectual Property

  The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QiEnergyAi.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  Termination

  We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

  Cancellation Policy for Re-occurring subscription

  The client must cancel their re-occurring subscription five (5) business days prior to the billing date to avoid unwanted billing.

  Disclaimer from QIENERGY

  WWW.QIENERGY.AI does NOT sell nor recommend any physical product, such as a supplement, vitamin, nutraceutical, hormone, mineral, phytochemical, natural food, digestive enzyme, drug, endorphin, neurotransmitter, etc. All Qi Energy Ai sessions are exclusively administered in the quantum dimension or Qi Energy programs dimension upon photographs of people, animals, plants, or objects.

  Qi Energy Ai is a new and emerging science and thus the terms, words, descriptions, theories, test results, sessions, observations, statements, interpretations, projections, claims, conclusions, testimonies, diagnostic test results, etc. on the website WWW.QIENERGY.AI reflect the new and emerging Qi Energy programs language necessary to describe this new branch of physics. These aforesaid terms and expressions do not have a linguistic equivalence on account of the research done with Qi Energy programs. Hence, the information found on WWW.QIENERGY.AI is exclusive to Qi Energy Ai science and does not have a linguistic equivalence to any other religious, scientific or philosophical discipline. In short, the new and emerging science of Qi Energy Ai demands a new and emerging language. Qi Energy Ai is not to be construed as Newtonian physics, the non-General Theory of Relativity, or the General Theory of Relativity.

   Health Screening for Nutrition Consultations

  We obtain a set of laboratory test results from registered pathology laboratories in Australia and overseas and provide you with a nutritional interpretation of those test results that you can use exclusively as an educational tool for personal health purposes.

  Your doctor may use the same test results to diagnose and treat disease, but we do not do this. The information we provide is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to be a substitute for a personal consultation with your own qualified doctor. We do not accept any liability for any failure to identify any medical condition or disease; this is not the purpose of our services. 

  We may provide you with information relating to products that we believe might benefit you, but such information is not to be taken as an endorsement or recommendation. Some such products may not be available without a prescription, but we do not dispense or prescribe any prescription products. The information provided is intended for educational purposes only and should not be taken as professional medical advice or used as a substitute for medical care. We are not responsible for any adverse affects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from that information.

  Consult your doctor

  We are not qualified medical advisors and make no claims to be so. The information we provide should not be taken to be, and is not a substitute for, personal medical advice and instruction.

  You should not take any action based solely on our advice.

Exclusion of warranties

We will provide our services to you with reasonable care and skill. But we make no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to those services. All other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy of the laboratory test results we receive.

We make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the quality or effectiveness of any diagnosis, apparatus, treatment, therapy or product. In no event will we be liable for any physical or mental injury, or any negative side effects, that may arise from the use of any such diagnosis, apparatus, treatment, therapy or product.

We believe that the information we provide, including that on our websites, brochures, flyers and information packets, is accurate, but we cannot guarantee such accuracy. We therefore make no warranty as to the accuracy of that information, and it should not be relied upon as being correct, complete or accurate. It is your responsibility to verify such matters independently from primary sources of information and by taking specific professional advice.

 Exclusion of liability

If you rely on, buy or use a product or therapy, you do so at your own risk. Each person is different, and the way someone reacts to a product or therapy may be significantly different from another. We cannot predict how you may react to any particular product or therapy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude:

• Any and all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequence costs, losses, claims, damages, expenses or proceedings (including but not limited to loss of profits and wasted management time) incurred or suffered by you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to any loss, damage or expense arising from any defect, error, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with the information or advice we provide;
• Any and all liability for injury or loss arising out of the use of, or reliance on, the laboratory results and/or the dietary, supplement and lifestyle suggestions we may provide;
• Any and all liability for injury or loss arising from any product you may choose to take;
• Any and all liability for any failure to identify any medical condition or disease. You understand and agree that this is not the purpose of our services.
• Any and all liability for injury or loss arising from any therapy or product ordered by your medical professional and provided by our service

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

No recommendation

All material and information we may provide about products and therapies is provided solely for educational purposes and for use when discussing your health with your doctor. By providing you with such material and information, we do not necessarily endorse, recommend or promote any such product or therapy.

Coach-Client Relationship

Duties & Responsibilities. A business and/or life coaching relationship is a partnership between two or more individuals or entities. This relationship is not a legal partnership, instead more like a teacher-student or coach-athlete relationship. Each Party must uphold its obligations for the coaching relationship to be successful.

• 1. The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation (IFC), an internationally recognized standard for coaching.
• 2. The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and to fully engage and devote oneself to the coaching process.
• 3. The Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of the Client’s life, including work, finances, health and relationships, but it is ultimately the Client’s decision how the Client incorporates coaching into each aspect of life.
• 4. The Client is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered through coaching.

Commencement

This coaching agreement is entered into between Inner Strength(Aust)Pty Ltd and you the client.

It will begin on an agreed date and will continue for a specified period for 1-1 coaching, on a weekly - monthly basis for group coaching or paid monthly for a subscription service - QiEnergy or until such time as the client terminates the services. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before any scheduled session. The next month’s sessions will be scheduled during the current session.

Fees

1. The fee for the sessions will be charged in advance

Cancellation Policy:

 Clients maintain the right to cancel payment at any time in advance of the billing date for the next installment. Cancellation must be done in writing by email to the following website address: info@naturallyhealthy.com.au and the email must be received before the new billing cycle or you will be charged for that month’s coaching session.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment date to reschedule that month’s session.

 Services

The client will be provided with scheduled services via Zoom unless otherwise specified. We will be available at the agreed upon time to begin the call. 

QIEnergy/ Quantum energetic sessions are pre programmed with you the client choosing the program from the menu of programs available, the times and days you request the frequencies to be sent to your home/phone. These can be different for the phone to the home.

QHarmonix sessions are personalised to each participant to determine a baseline resonant frequency and address any areas of instability in the individuals energy field. The frequencies are then delivered to the individual via email to be played via a headset/underpillow speaker or small speaker as directed.

The purpose of the sessions is to:

• Explore, refine and activate the true choice/hearts choice of the client and their Desired Reality
• Remind the client that they aren't broken and don't need fixing - they are in an incorrect structure
• Follow up on all processes to maintain client motivation, educating the client as well as asking and answering questions
• Recode sabotaging and limiting programs that the client is running
• Assist the client in identifying dysfunctional patterns, behaviours, stories, beliefs and emotions
• Keeping the client accountable

Termination

Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of the Coaching team when an impasse is reached with the client. As long as the client adheres to the Success Guidelines and the coach adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. The goal is to get to the root cause of your health complaints and to reach your goal of health and wellness, so all efforts will be made towards that end.

Examples of terminable offenses:

• Lack of payment
• Lack of adherence to Success Guidelines
• Indifference on the part of the client to prescribed session action items

Confidentiality

In order for us to work together with integrity, it is important for us to agree to hold all our conversations in confidence.

Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party without the express consent of the client ie when referring to another practitioner. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities, or is required by a court of law through the necessary court documents.

 Toward that end, you and I agree never to share the following information with others, unless mutually agreed upon ahead of time:

• Financial information, including coaching fees
• Proprietary information or processes
• Coaching/FDN strategies and techniques
• Related purchases
• Any recorded conversations, whether video, audio or transcribed
• Notes and task lists

Any documentation related to our client coaching relationship, such as legal agreements, pre-call and post-call review forms, checklists and questionnaires

The methods employed by the Naturally Healthy team do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change. The client agrees, therefore, to hold Inner Strength (Aust)Pty Ltd, trading as Naturally Healthy, free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the sessions.
