Coaching Agreement
Between Inner Strength (Aust) Pty Ltd (trading as Naturally Healthy) and the Client
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the understanding between Naturally Healthy (the “Coach”) and you, the Client. By signing this document, you confirm that you understand and agree to the services, responsibilities, and terms described herein.
1. Scope of Services
Naturally Healthy agrees to provide Transformational Coaching which may include:
Services may be provided individually or in combination, depending on the needs of the client. The coaching relationship is a partnership—similar to a coach-athlete relationship. Both parties must actively participate for success.
2. Terms of Service

The Coach is not a licensed medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical conditions.

Services are for educational and transformational purposes only and should not replace medical care.

Clients are advised to consult their doctor before making changes to diet, supplements, exercise, or lifestyle.

The Coach provides services with care and integrity, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Confidentiality
All discussions and materials shared during sessions are confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm, criminal activity, or court order).
Confidential information includes but is not limited to:

Personal details, session notes, recordings, and assessments

Coaching tools, strategies, and proprietary methods

Financial information related to coaching fees
4. Coaching Relationship

The Coach agrees to uphold the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

The Client agrees to be open, honest, and committed to the process.

Coaching may explore multiple areas of life (health, relationships, career, etc.), but you are responsible for the choices and actions you take.
5. Program Structure & Fees

Program: 16-Week Conscious Creators Program

Total Investment: AUD $5,199
-
Payment Options:
-
Paid in full: $5,199.00 upfront
-
Installments: $2,000.00 deposit + 2 x $2,000 monthly payments (paid in advance)
- Installments: $391 deposit + 15 x $391 weekly payments (paid in advance)

Payments can be made via direct debit, PayPal, or bank transfer.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Program fees are billed in advance. Clients may cancel future payments with written notice before the next billing date.

Session cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:

Actively participate in sessions and follow through on agreed actions

Use coaching to support, not replace, professional medical or psychological advice

Take full responsibility for your choices and results

Maintain respectful communication with the Coach
8. Termination
Either party may end the agreement with written notice. Grounds for termination include:

The Coach provides services with reasonable care and skill but makes no guarantees regarding results.

You acknowledge that all actions, lifestyle changes, and supplement use are at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturally Healthy excludes liability for loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the services provided.

By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you:
