Well another week has passed by, and the year is speeding to an end. As a child the year couldn't end fast enough and seemed to go realllyyyyy slllooooowly but now boom here it is October already. 

 Did you take the opportunity to watch the "Supercharge Your Healing Abilities" workshop, there is now a replay available if you would like to watch it. It went for nearly 4 hours and was packed with so much amazing information - just email me "REPLAY" if you would like the link to watch it. I know I am always learning more each time Marcus Bird does the workshop and brings us new information on how science is now showing/confirming the validity of the this type of work - which is mind expanding when you think about it.

One of the things I loved about learning the Egyptian Dimensional therapy was identifying our true birthdate - yes thats right. Originally we had a 13 month year with 28 days and a new year day - how about that. When we return to our original birth day it shifts us back into alignment with our true nature - who would have thought, I know my clients love it and have found it life altering.

Take Geoff - he has kinda sorta known his purpose but he couldn't seem to really get 'into it' but after realigning him with his correct birth day and chakra he felt "I know what I am here for" in a much clearer and definitive way and has been powering forward since.

Its crazy to think that just by tweaking and aligning ourselves to our true birth day, month and chakra life would change that much but it does. Energy levels, thoughts, and plans all seem to be more  in alignment.

And speaking of energy levels, we all know the importance of movement to keep us in flow (On so many levels - including digestion!!!)

So if you’d rather do anything other than exercise during your free time, here’s some good news…

… you can get your activity level up WITHOUT working out! 

This matters because it’s absolutely CRITICAL for your health that you MOVE your body every day. 

Being active helps fight diabetes, age-related muscle and bone loss, heart disease, some types of cancer, obesity, and a long list of other ailments…

While at the same time boosting your mood, improving your sleep, and fighting stress.

Even with all those amazing benefits, 36% percent (more than a third!!!!) of adults do not engage in ANY leisure time physical activity.

(I don’t make the rules. But I am sharing this because YOU DESERVE to feel great.)

Here are some things you can do to be more active, starting TODAY

  • Hiking on the weekends with your partner or friends
  • Playing ball or frisbee with your dog in the park - always guaranteed that you have to pick them up if they are anything like my dogs!
  • Putting on some music and dancing while you clean the house
  • Walking to your local coffee shop to grab a coffee instead of driving
  • Doing your own gardening to stay active and outdoors
  • Find an old rebounder - mini trampoline and walk up and down on it - or even lie across it and bounce gently. A great thing to do when you work from home and you have 5 minutes between clients - gets your lymph moving as well as you!!

You can be as creative as you want!

So, here’s my invitation for you…

This week, explore at least one physical activity that doesn’t feel like exercise.

Bonus points if you can get outdoors to do it!

I know it’s not easy to get started…

But you deserve it — and I have a feeling that once you get started, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.
