How has your month been?

I know mine has been hectic. I am in the process of finishing the advanced level of Aboukra Healing, Ancient Egyptian healing which has been so fantastic and really takes clients to higher dimensions of themselves and combining it with the Magnetic Mind processes has been extraordinary in results.

I have also started a Frequency Medicine course, as it is an area I really love and have been involved in for many years. At the moment we are  doing a research project to look at clients responses to different frequencies to find the persons Fundamental Frequency - it has been profound.

One of my clients who has been in hospital for over 3 months with a variety of things, including ulcers to both feet, in a lot of nerve type pain and unable to walk. We have been working together when we could, the medications have made it difficult. There have been some wonderful shifts but progress was slow, she was finally well enough to do a session to test different frequencies and she left me a voice message at 3am to say she was pain free for the first time and had managed to walk to the toilet twice! That was massive and something new for her - it was a massive shift.

Now she is more able to just walk and from here to exercise and regain her strength. All the meditations and healings from not just myself but others has supported her but not looking after her physical being has led to her being in hospital.

It really brought home to me one of the biggest benefits of mentoring/coaching isn’t just to heal a problem that the person has, but..

It’s to make life better.

Think about it: when your body feels good, you think clearer, you’re in a better mood, and you have more energy to do the things you love.

For me, that looks like:

  • Standing barefoot on the grass and stretching for 5 minutes after I wake up so I can start my day feeling calm and grounded.
  • Being mindful of my water intake so I can maintain better focus, not getting dehydrated and have more energy for my clients.
  • Taking a break between clients to walk around and stretch or to stand and work at my desk so I can include more movement in my day.
  • Organising the meals for the week - I used to do a bulk meal prep/cook on a Sunday so I can have more time to relax in the evenings during the week. Now I just organise the food to cook it fresh.

These all add up to a happier, healthier LIFE.

This is especially true for physical movement…

Studies show that regular physical activity — no matter the intensity — can greatly improve our mental health, self-confidence, and overall quality of life.

For instance, Harvard researchers found that getting just 7,500 steps in each day (not 10k!) can dramatically support longevity and reduce our risk of heart disease…

And another study found that any amount of physical activity improved mood and energy levels afterward!

Who doesn’t want those benefits?

That’s why this month, we’re talking about:

  • How our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health are all interconnected
  • Practical ways to incorporate mobility exercises into your daily routine
  • Strategies for keeping your body flexible and strong for life

And so much more.

My choice this month is to help you realise that staying healthy is just the icing on the cake…

The true reward is getting to live this life to the fullest — and at the end of the day, that’s what we all want!

Committed to your health and happiness,

Julie
